Worst service by National Tourist ( NT) 1. Bus was suppose to reach by 10 pm at Nerul , Reached at 10:45 2. Bus Seats were not spacious 3. Bed seat Lights were not working 4. Driver used to switch off the AC most of the time during the journey 5. Bed sheet and blankets were not clean and torn. 6. They charged extra for our luggage. 200 were asked, But we have 100 due to no option. 7. Did not stop for toilet breaks 8. There was maintenance issue. The tyre was changed in the journey due to safety reason which was not told to us. It took longer time. The safety checks should have been done before departure. 9. The bus was further delayed due to drivers personal courier pickup and drops in between the journey. 10. The bus was supposed to reach the destination by 8 am next day, but we reached at 11:30 am.
