I have never seen a man who is more uneducated, ill-mannered and indifferent than Mr. Shankar Baine, the proprietor of Baine Travels. This man doesn't even have the patience or the etiquettes to talk to a customer. Worst experience ever.

Such a bad experience. The owner (Mr Shankar Baine) doesn't even know how to talk with a customer. When we went to book on August for the booking of Jan, he didn't take booking at that time, and asked to come on october. Now when we went there, he is saying we cannot take the booking as the distance is too far. So he should have tell us for the first time. He doesn't know how to respect someone, such an illiterate person. They have two offices side by side, if anyone wants to book please go to the other one (name with red background). Atleast, you will get some respect there.

Very bad experience, their bus driver and his helper behavior were very bad. In my opinion if you are going with your elders and children never choose Baine travels. Because they were not take any responsibility while drive and never apologize while doing any mistake with passengers who rely on them. Because once we were traveling on their bus on 12th Jan 2025 suddenly their driver applied hard break and my son's fore head stuck with the seat which is infront of him. In that incident once my wife asked them how did he drive the bus on that occasion they rudly behave with my wife and said that I applied the break I never saw a speed breaker which suddenly came, therefore its not my fault and accused to my wife.

Staff behaviour is very bad also owner behaviour is very bad..pls dont book this bus operator

Worst Driver , Bus is also in poor condition & poor maintenance. Today we go Taki with a Institute for their Yearly picnic with little students. But the Driver followed the bad conditioned road (via Kharibari) , ignoring the Institute request and rash drive the whole way not following Bumper, mostly he is Helper not Driver . Result many persons injured, my 10 year old boy also get big injury , I got a massive injury at rib , mostly one has been fractured . Actually they are suitable for Local School duty only, for longtrips theyare not suitable and very risky.
