It was a well planned trip with feedback on specific criteria as given bellow Very good manager ... well behaved & helping Very good catering service, no complains on food items & quality, but required a bit more cleaning Bus was a bit over crowded and cramp, 26 seater bus would hv been a useful Hotel at Ayodha was very good, rooms at Lucknow was below par, hotel at Varanasi was good but lacked ventilation and space Over all arrangements were good (7 out 10)
Our recent trip to Thailand🇹🇭 was truly unforgettable! From the moment we booked with Bharat Tirtha Darshan every thing was seamless. The itinerary was perfectly crafted to our interests and the accommodation🏨 were luxurious and comfortable. The food🍲 was exquisite and every detail was taken care of. We felt safe, pampered and completely relaxed through out the trip✈️ 🥰🥰
Our Tour with bharat tirtha Darshan was excellent in Thailand...their service weather it's hotel or food both are very satisfied specific Indian foods..more over our Tour was very easy for our guide souvik....they are very much trustworthy and they take care of elderly people very much....
Our Thailand tour experience was amazing. We went to Thailand with Bharat tirtha darshan on 29/10/25.Bangkok, pattaya, krabi and phuket, all the hotels were very luxurious. The food was amazing. Our tour manager Mr. Prabal Biswas is a very careful and helpful person, he made our trip to Thailand more beautiful🥰
We recently completed a 10-day devotional South India trip with Bharat Tirtha Darshan from 11th to 22nd December 2025. While most of the experiences were positive, there were certain aspects of the trip which could have been improved and hopefully after this feedback, will be considered for the upcoming trips - 1st, I'll list the positive points:- 1.The itinerary was well planned and we managed to visit almost all the places mentioned. 2. Tour Manager: Mr.Souvik Paul was very polite, helpful and considerate. Though he tried his best in managing the trip, which we truly appreciated,he should have accompanied the guests during all the sightseeing venues, and be attentive to all passengers with their problems and try to resolve them, within his capacity, rather than being always occupied with loading, unloading or kitchen management, etc. 3. The food was good, hygienic and promptly served, though there was hardly any variation in the lunch and dinner menus. Some 'Not so good' points and areas which need improvement in the upcoming trips : 1. Tirupati Darshan plan : The main attraction of the trip, Tirupati Darshan, need to be pre arranged by the company or tour manager, not leaving the group to arrange darshan on their own, at the mercy of local agents at their own conditions and over priced rates.Though by Lord's grace,we were able to complete our darshan in less than 4 hours, this tension and anxiety, could have been easily avoided with better management, which during the tour booking ,they promised to look into. 2. I believe that the travel routes could be planned more efficiently, avoiding unnecessary daily travel time, which frankly made the trip quite hectic for some of the senior citizens travelling. 3. The vehicle provided were little uncomfortable and inadequate, especially considering the passenger count and luggage requirements along with staffs (including kitchen luggage) while travelling from one spot to another. 4.The ticket booking policy should be transparent and clear. 6 Tickets out of 10 members for our journey from Kanyakumari to Tirupati by Himsagar Express was put in waiting list, despite ,booking the tour 3 months prior. When we expressed our concern, we were assured that if it wasn't confirmed, they'll make alternate arrangements. At the end moment we were forced to pay premium tatkal charges,in addition to the agent charges, which was quite hefty, for no fault of ours. Also I fail to understand how 3 tickets were confirmed, and others were placed in 39/40 waitlist, when purchased simultaneously. If they'd told us clearly,we would have done the booking on our own. 5. Last but not the least, the hotels booked were not upto the mark, especially with the point of view of hygiene and cleanliness. The sheets and towels weren't changed, and the staff refused to listen (especially hotel Sheeba Palace in Kanyakumari) and when we raised the issue with your management, they instead, put the blame on us. Some suggestions from our end: 1. disposable plates should be used instead of steel utensils to improve hygiene and save staff time and effort to clean/wash them every single time after meals. 2. Use a 20-seater traveler or larger vehicle when accommodating more than 10 passengers along with staff and luggage. 3. Ensure confirmed tickets for all the journeys and key attractions like Tirupati are booked well in advance to avoid last-minute hassles. 4. Specifically for the Devotional South India trip, instead of spending two nights in the city of Madurai, try arranging the one night stay in Kodaikanal as well. Kodaikanal has lot of great sight seeing options which could be well explored. 5. It would be really great and more engaging experience from passenger point of view if the tour manager can provide more information and insights about the upcoming spots/destinations. I sincerely hope the company works on these suggestions for future trips as our family will be looking out to travel with Bharat Tirtha Darshan in the future as well.
