Verma Travel provides extremely poor service with no regard for punctuality. The bus driver wastes time searching for local passengers, while reserved passengers face delays and discomfort. This lack of professionalism is disappointing, and I neither plan to travel with them again nor recommend their services to friends or family.

Please don't book this bus for your journey. The images shown in google are different, the buses in real time stinks like hell. Beds and pillows are filled stains, bus has no suspension, overall worst journey experience. Bus booking here is total scam!

Never book this bus. Leave Volvo, normal Raj Ratan bus gives more benefits than this useless company bus. Bedsheets dirty and stained Blanket dirty Charging port doesn't work Dusty windows No light People stash waste polythene and packets near the bed. Save your hard earned money and don't book this bus

Worst bus ever. I traveled from mumbai to bhopal .It got late by 10hrs.Driver staff telling not telling us properly when it will reach bhopal. Instead in middle tell us to shift to another bus.Many people have booked hotels and some people were having interview. Their head office support is telling us we will see why it is getting delay nothing else they have no concern for passengers time and money.

Scammers in the name of travel agency. They will show a different Bus description and few hours before boarding time call you and say that bus is cancelled and they are accommodating in another bus. They will pair you up with strangers even though you have booked a single solo seat. The staff are goons who talk in rude and abusive language. They won’t even provide a bottle of water.Attaching few photos as proof. They charged 2000 rupees for this
