Recently my Daughter and son in law booked their trip to Bhutan. Post their return they were very Happy as it was made a memorable trip by Eastern Tourism providing excellent services & great memory to remember.

I really wanted to thank Mr Shankar for all of her help and patience throughout my booking. There were some last minute hiccups from the property and the fantastic support and customer service that she provided was first class. He made a potentially awkward situation much more calm and I felt supported at all times. I genuinely appreciate all of his efforts and professionalism and keeping the human aspect of her job at the forefront of his actions. The service, getting from Eastern Tourism since last 17 years is outstanding. I use to travel with my family members at least 2-3 times per year. Whenever I keep my step beyond kolkata, I always take the help & guidance from them. I have a blind faith over SP Singh, the proprietor of that agency regarding booking of hotels, fixing of itineraries, hiring of cars , detailing of cuisines and each & every minor aspects.
