If you're reading this, please know that I traveled on this nightmare of a bus a few days ago, and I just want to save others from the awful experience. It was absolutely pathetic. I had booked a seat beside a female passenger, yet the conductor shamelessly asked me to share a sleeper berth with a male stranger. When I protested, he just gave me a smug smirk and walked away, as if my concern didn’t matter. The AC controller was completely broken, and we were shivering throughout our journey. Despite complaining multiple times, no one even pretended to care. To make things worse, my father was randomly asked by a worker to pay extra for our luggage (which was a single medium sized trolley bag) —just another scam to squeeze money out of passengers. The bus itself was falling apart, rattling so badly that we were actually hitting our heads. The reckless driving made the entire journey terrifying—we genuinely feared an accident at every turn. I’ve been traveling by bus for years, but this was hands down the worst experience ever. This one isn’t worth a single rupee.

I had one of the worst travel experiences with Jagdamba Tourism on 17th August 2025 (Lucknow to Delhi). Boarding Point Mismanagement – The ticket clearly mentioned Awadh Chauraha, Naharia Near Awadh Hospital, Lucknow as the boarding point. (Bus Number- BR28P4184) But at 10:00 PM (only 10 minutes before scheduled departure at 10:10 PM), the driver called and asked me to go to Parking No. 7, Transport Nagar, around 4 km away. I had to rush in a cab to reach there. Confusing & Misleading Communication – At 10:10 PM, I got another SMS from Jagdamba Tourism confirming the original boarding point (Awadh Chauraha, Naharia). Bus no changed to UP81CT9026. When I called the new driver, he asked me to go back again to Naharia. After reaching there, I was further instructed to walk 20 minutes with luggage to some random pickup point on top of an overbridge. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful. Poor Condition of the Bus – The bus provided was not the one shown at the time of booking. Seats were changed arbitrarily. The bus was in pathetic condition: The roof was leaking, The AC knob was broken, The interiors were poorly maintained, Nowhere close to what was promised while booking. Overall Experience – I had to spend extra money on multiple cabs, go through unnecessary stress, and endure a torturous overnight journey in an unsafe and uncomfortable bus. This was a clear case of false promises, mismanagement, and cheating passengers. ⚠️ I strongly advise others to avoid Jagdamba Tourism if you are looking for a safe and reliable journey. They do not honor the booked services, provide misleading information, and operate in a highly unprofessional manner. ⚠️

This bus was very very bad for traveling because staff was very rudely behavior for customer n like jagdamba turusime froud krta h logo ke sth dalal pal rkhe h .. double sleeper ke andr 4 logo ko bitthate h ..my first journey gone to very bad...

Worst service, I was travelling from delhi to Azamgarh, it was late from beginning and bus was at least 15 year old with no maintenance. I was supposed to reach Azamgarh in morning 8am. But because of this bus I reached Azamgarh at 4pm. The bus was late by 8 hrs, staff behaviour is very rude. If you nothing to do in life then only take this bus.

Worst travel experience in my whole life, better to take government non ac bus then their ac bus.... and it's not even safe.... the bus is worn down probably older than 10 year. I reached my destination 6 hours late and they were making stops every-time to deliver goods loaded in bus .bus was making loud noises smelly and what not. DONT TRAVEL IN THIS BUS
