Poor service. Bus brake down due to tyre blast. Driver and staff behaviour not good. Don’t choose this Travals. Service not maintaining. Still we at dhoki village from 6 AM.

I had 1 booking on 2nd July 2022, but the amenities are not provided. Simple blanket and pillow was not there. How can anyone sleep well without blanket and pillow in rainy cold season plus AC??

Pathetic bus service, I have booked Sleeper bus ticket from Pune to Ahmedpur, date 06-05-2022 Bus no. MH24 AT 9900 Charges: Rs.1300/- per seat Condition of bus is not good AC not working well Driver all the time turning AC off to save the fuel, have to argue with him to turn on AC number of times. Please don't book tickets for this bus. As per their service they should charge Rs.200 per seat. Very bad experience. Zero star*

Worst service... unwanted stops...Not good

I would like to give no star but we don't have that option I had booked bus from makemytrip for Mumbai which was at 4 am I reached pickup location. I got two number one was switched off and one was picked and pwrson was saying wrong number. And no contact for Makemytrip as well and modify and cancel booking was also not possible. Situation was there was no bus and I had to go on my own Don't book bus from this travel. Most imp I did not receive bus number even
