Worst service ever for Delhi to Ballia. I have travelled 3 times and every time they are 1-1.5 hr late to reach at boarding point. And the worst part is they will ask you to reach on time to boarding point even if they know that they are already late and they will load so much extra luggage and cartons from Delhi and again they will offload this luggage in Azamgarh for 1 hour. So total they are 2-2.5 hr late every time i have travelled. Its very pathetic service nobody should travel with this bus.

I had a terrible experience with this bus service. The bus was originally scheduled for 5:00 PM, but suddenly I received a call saying it was rescheduled to 3:00 PM, with very short notice. When I requested them to wait or adjust even slightly, the staff refused completely and were extremely rude in their tone. Throughout the journey, the bus staff did not respond properly to any questions and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. The most disappointing part was that the bus did not stop even once for a toilet break or dinner, saying you are the only passenger travelling since noon, so we won’t stop for one passenger which is completely unacceptable.

Worst service... Due to emergency I had to take the Pune to Jaipur bus... The driver and cleaner were not even considerate to stop the bus for dinner. They stopped at 2 am at some useless dhaba which did not even had proper food or proper washroom facility. All the stops were pathetic... They were supposed to provide 2 bottled water as part of the ticket... however even the same was not provided. Latter i saw that the same water was used by the drivers and cleaner to clean front window ..On asking they were arrogant enough to say u can purchase if u want....The reading light was not working...I am aware the owner won't do much of this... But this is mainly for passengers who would travel with them... Avoid this as much as possible.

I traveled on this bus from Palanpur to Delhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Before the journey, I called multiple times to confirm the departure time and was clearly told that the bus would arrive strictly at 11 AM and that I should reach the boarding point by 10:30 AM. I arrived on time, but the bus only showed up at 12:30 PM. There was no proper communication or update about the delay. They didn’t even wait at the boarding point, I had to call, ask them to stop and run towards the bus. When I boarded the bus, it was in a very unhygienic condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell inside, and the seats were dirty. To make matters worse, another passenger was occupying my assigned seat and was unwilling to move. I had to call the conductor to resolve the issue. During the journey, the curtain arrangement between the lower and upper berths was problematic. Passengers in the upper berth repeatedly opened the curtain whenever we tried to close it. At one point, a burnt matchstick was even thrown onto our seat, which was extremely irresponsible and unsafe. Later, when the upper berth passengers got off at Jaipur, another group of 9 to 10 women boarded and occupied the upper berth. They were constantly talking loudly, and the curtain issue continued. It was nearly impossible to get any sleep. The luggage was stored in the trunk area, and when we collected it at the destination, the bags were covered in grease and dirt to the extent that they were barely usable. Additionally, no water was provided during the journey. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to travel at their own risk and consider avoiding this bus service.

On Friday, 6 March 2026, I traveled by bus from Pratapgarh to Delhi, and it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and departed on time. The seats were comfortable, which made the long journey relaxing. The driver was professional and drove safely throughout the trip. The staff was polite and helpful whenever passengers needed assistance. The entire journey was smooth and well organized. Overall, I had a great travel experience and would definitely recommend this bus service to others traveling on this route. Looking forward to traveling with them again! 😊
