No sense of responsibility. Never ever board the Sree shakhti travels buses. I keep on calling the Bus conductor(since 10:20PM till 11:45PM) and he told me to wait at my stop only. Post that he stopped attending my calls. Suddenly at 12:10am he said we already passed your bus stop. Can you please come to some other bust stop which was 10km from that place. When i asked them to stop wherever they are. he said i am not in the bus someone else is there in the bus i asked for that person's contact number but he couldnt even message it to me. post that he switched off his mobile. Today when i call to their office they are saying you already traveled last night. He says he personally checked my ticket. I asked without verification how can you allow anybody. But he says he was carrying the ticket with your name. Great anybody will get the printout and can board the bus.

Guys if you don't get seat anywhere else cancel your plan but for a last choice also this is not an option. Horrible experience, after paying 1600 for 4 we got down in about 30 km on the way to Mysore. They do not have any bus, don't go with the picture you see in their website. Can you imagine, they run these pick up vans till Mysore. From our stoppage we onboarded to a pick up van which we told later that the same vehicle will continue and there is no seat number be whichever seat you are. Bus conductor was literally shouting while people wanted to check if they will get a proper seat. If you are with kids / elders you will cry. My 2 year was constantly vomiting out of the jerking in the bus. We got down paid another 800 to back home. Thank god we didn't stay till night for the full trip. Not sure what the fellow passengers must be facing.

Worst experience ever. Rude and arrogant staff. Today I got to know the reason for so many 1 star. This bus shouldn't be allowed to operate. Staff should know that he is talking to customers, not to lifeless dolls. Promised for good bus while booking the ticket but turned out to be one of the worst bus in Bangalore. How can they thought of running such a van (not bus) for sightseeing of 18 hours journey. There is literally no seats allotted for passengers even you have booked for specific seats. Strange that they charge the same as other good bus operators. Unfortunately I had to sit in the last row where as I booked seat numbers 3 and 4. No way to this operator again.

Title: Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff – Very Disappointed with Neugo Bus I had a frustrating experience with Neugo Bus that I feel compelled to share. Not only was the bus delayed by over an hour with no clear explanation or apology, but the staff’s attitude made the situation even worse. When I approached the staff to ask about the delay, they were dismissive and visibly irritated, offering no helpful information or updates. Passengers were left standing around confused, with no announcements or efforts to keep us informed. It felt like they simply didn’t care. Once the bus finally arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The driver was equally unapproachable and unfriendly. Throughout the trip, staff interaction was minimal and cold—definitely not what you expect when paying for a supposedly premium service. Delays happen, but how a company handles them is what really matters. Neugo failed miserably in both communication and customer service. I won’t be booking with them again unless they seriously improve their staff training and reliability.

Worst experience. I booked ticket at Nuego and waited. I went inside the travel office to sit on the chair. The owner came and asked me to go away straight. This guy doesn't a word of politeness, I understood.
