Very bad service. No time sense. The driver is rude. He wasted 3 hours in belgaum for no reason. Arrival at Sion,Mumbai was 7:30 am. He reached at 10:30am. Totally reluctant behaviour. Bad machine noises throughout the journey. Vehicle doesn't has speed pick-up.

The overall experience was ok. But, the driver and the moderator were not quite hospitable. The moderator was not interested in receiving kuch queries from me. The driver got into arguments with a passenger. The bus wifi was very unstable. Rest things were fine.
