We paid 2200 for the bus and yet we received next to zero facilities. The AC was not working, neither was the charging point. There were even cockroaches. The service was disappointing, to say the very least. Not Recommend at all.

Neat and clean buses. Staffs are also good. Took their service once again. The seat was very comfortable, on time departure and arrival, neat and clean bus. Only one issue, the mineral bottle which was given as a complimentary was very local and thus tasted not so good. Also they should give 1 ltr of mineral bottle and not 500ml.

One of the most worthless Bus in Kol-Siliguri route! Not at all punctual, doesn't have reserved bus! The counter staff behaviour in esplanade is pathetic, doesn't receives call even when Bus is not arrived in esplanade after 2hrs and shamelessly Switched off the number after 9:30 pm! I travel in other operators bus like Shyamoli, Expressline, Greenline, Easy Ride, Rubi & Lokenath haven't seen such a pathetic and unprofessional service provider like this one. You may book ticket as prices are less then others but don't do this mistake don't become a sufferer! Please avoid this operator!

Recently travelled by Aitiana Volvo sleeper bus from Kolkata to Siliguri. Had a very pleasant & comfortable trip. The bus was neat and clean. The facilities provided; blankets, pillows, water bottle and refreshments were par excellence. Especially would like to mention and thank the bus staff and drivers for their efforts to make the journey a meaningful and wonderful experience. All the best for the future.
