We have been traveling with Al Bushra Tours and Travels since 2010 and our experience as pilgrims has always been excellent and spiritually fulfilling. The owner, Rafi Sait, is very humble, supportive, and personally ensures that all arrangements are well managed. In Makkah, Ashiq bhai, Kashif, and Adnan guided us very well, and in Madinah, Tariq bhai, Hassan bhai, and Javed bhai provided excellent guidance and care. The food arrangements were very good hygienic, and timely, which made our stay comfortable. The ziyaratin both Makkah and Madinah was well planned, informative, and conducted with proper guidance. Al Bushra Tours and Travels truly takes care of pilgrims in every aspect. Highly recommended for a peaceful and well-organized Umrah journey.

Alhamdulillah, from our initial discussions before the travel until the completion of the trip, everything that was committed to us was fulfilled. The transport arrangements were very good, well-coordinated, and comfortable throughout the journey. The transport provided during Ziyarat and private transport travel between cities was punctual and well managed. The hotel arrangements in both Makkah and Madinah were good, and the overall experience, including Ziyarat, was smooth and well organized. The food provided was good and timely. As a small suggestion for further improvement, the breakfast options in Madinah especially variety can be enhanced, which would make the experience even better for future pilgrims. I would like to specially appreciate Ameen, Memon for being very helpful and supportive throughout the journey. Also, the colleagues (Adnan and others) in Makkah and Madinah who managed transport, food, and other services were cooperative and ensured everything was provided on time.
