Not having a friendly and deceted drivers Worst experience for High cost Not a good vehicle while travelling some sound are coming with all windows very irritating couldn't sleep while traveling and lots of jurking

Giving 1 star since no zero star option. Worst experience.. waste of money.. we hired a vehicle for office tour. Vehicle is very bad condition AC not worked properly, No Video/audio system worked. Driver rude behaviour. Not recommended corporate tours.

Worst bus.. it's takes around 13hrs to travel from Chennai to udumalpet...worst worst travel.. waste of money.. Govt bus is better than jai hanuman travels.. don't prefer this travels.. there is no 0 option .. totally waste travels...

This is the worst Travels service I had Ever got. Poor Bus maintenance, sending Tourister style Bus instead of Omni Bus, changing the seats without your permission. I had booked tickets from Chennai to Palani. Semi seater on AUGUST 14, 2024 FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAYS . In application bus departure time was 10.20 but they changed at evening to 10.40 and Bus actually departed at 11.10 PM from Chennai.that to uncomfortable Tourister Bus. On the travel by Just reaching melmarivathur the Bus got breakdown. We were stopped for more than 3.5 hours. Worst customer support. The actual time of reaching is 6.40 AM but the time is 8.30 AM now only we are reaching Trichy outer. Completely spoiled my holiday plans and day . Nonsense 💦💯 And the nonsense ticket pricing for the poor uncomfortable bus is 1200 per head for just Semi sleeper.

Very disappointing experience with Jai hanuman Travels. During restroom break, the bus driver left without informing or checking whether all passengers had returned. I was left behind unknowingly. There was no proper coordination, announcement, or headcount done by the driver This shows a lack of responsibility and concern for passenger safety. Such negligence causes stress and inconvenience, especially during long-distance travel. I hope the management takes strict action and ensures better communication and accountability from drivers in the future.
