Read it till last to know the quality of services. I'm rating this one star, bucz i don't have an option for zero. Had booked bus from Goa to Hyderabad and here are the chaos which was faced by us. 1. The departure was scheduled at 1830hrs ,however the bus left at 2130 hrs a delay of 03 hours. The reason behind this being another bus of Orange Tours and Travels had cancelled the bus leaving behind the passengers stranded at the bus station.These passengers blocked my bus stating that untill they dont get their bus ,they shall not leave our bus to move and we're literally standing infront of the bus. Well my point is it is the responsibility of the Travel Agents/Agencies to resolve this issue however it was done by the passengers and the cops. 2. It took 03 long hours with no response from the bus service and the my passengers calling the cops and somehow managed to get the bus out the bus stand. 3. Departure was scheduled at 1830hrs with a dinner break at 2330hrs no passengers had brought any dinner , however due to delay of the departure,the dinner stop was done at 0230hrs (night time) in a middle of a jungle 4. No rest stops for ladies and children to use restrooms 5. Also the bus had a puncture with the rear will making a loud burst making the bus almost lose its control with a sudden dangerous stop narrowly escaping the lane dividers .This incident helped the passengers to grab some morning breakfast at about 12 noon in a small restaurant which had only poha and chutney. 6. The bus seems like a trash can with bottles , plastics and torn bedsheets lying over . 7. A 14 Hours journey turned into a 19.5 hour long tiresome journey in a trash can. 8. The bus claimed it's an Multi axle with amenities like snacks water bottles etc but none was provided except all craps as mentioned above. And it an single axle bus with suspension hitting hard in every potholes which the bus hits. 9. No sleep, no food ,no water and l ok ts and lots of troubles . I had a terrible experience with Orange Travels recently. The customer service was extremely poor both the front-end and back-end staff were rude and unhelpful. When the bus was delayed, instead of assisting passengers, the staff argued with them. Shockingly, few of the staff members physically assaulted a passenger simply because he raised his voice out of frustration over the delay and rude behavior. No one from the company stepped in to handle the situation or support the passengers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. One person named Pravin, who appears to be a supervisor or head at the workshop, seemed to encourage or at least tolerate this kind of behavior, which makes the experience even more concerning. I will never book this service again, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing this company until they take accountability and improve their staff training and customer service standards.

Since 2012 till now I have been using Orange Travels for every journey. Prompt service, well maintained bus.. They do not even encourage road side passengers. But since last 2 years the maintenance of the buses is not good.. The staff are behaving very rudely.. The bus was the worst in my recent journey.. There are no curtains.. AC is not working properly, AC roof top grill was hanging, the blankets are very bad smell.. The driver also picked up the road side passengers in the bus, they were also fully drunk... Please Look Into It..

On 15'8-25, I booked a ticket from ongole to bangalore. The bus itself came late by 2.5 hrs, and again it stopped near chittor, driver said bus is in short of petrol and suggested me take another bus on the way. As I need to catch flight in bangalore I stopped an ongoing bus on the road and paid to travel from there to bangalore. I don't trust orange any more . Today for me, tomorrow it will be for you if you book travel in orange.

High prices and worst service. I had booked 2 times last month for my Hyd Blr journies. Both times bus tracking was not working. Also bus was not maintained well. The blankets were stinky and curtains were dirty. Worst part: bus got brokedown in the middle of my journey and I couldn't reach the destination. They did not even arrange alternate bus/vehicle and left us stranded on the highway. There were single ladies and families with kids who struggled to arrange alternate transport themselves. Bus driver and staff mentioned that we will get refund but later even their customer service numbers are not reachable. No one is answering the calls and emails.
