Hello everyone, just to clarify a confusion among people, there r many Asian travels and similar names which leads to less star rating, I tell u this is the best travels, everything is customer oriented, especially food is ultimate and on time, always when u r travelling it is not only coffeebone has to look at, it's overall experience but they even serve coffee as well, over all trip experience with this travels is amazing they have frequent trips and has very good contacts so they plan the trip very well and hotel stays r also very good but due to uncertainty things happen can't blame for that. I highly recommend especially Asian Tours and Travels, Mr. Radhakrishna is the one who is heading this travels who is very friendly n highly experienced in this line of business very good person.

We travelled in a group of 29 members including 6 kids with the age less than 10 years to Chardham Yatra. We all had a fabulous and unforgettable trip during May 2023 with Asian Tours and Travels along with Ramakrishna sir. Food was amazing with different varieties. Their crew members are very co-operative and professional as well. We had very good entertainment during travel at mountain roads, facilitated by Sunil (cook/asst manager). Thanks to Gangadhar sir (Tour manager) for making all the required facilities and addressing the concerns.

16 days yatra to Kashi, Ayodhya, Gaya, puri jagannatha.konark, bhuvaneshvar, sangama mukthinath, pashupatinath, prayagraj etc.etc. .all darshan, accommodation at best hotels, food and AC bus for travelling were made by Asisn tours and travels was very nice. Well managed timings for all. Sri Ramakrishna head of the travels and manager Mr.Sunil and other staff taken care of all the tourists all the time. Thanks to sll

My mother has traveled with several companies like Nirmala Travels and Karnataka Heritage, but her recent experience with Asian Tours and Travels for the Chardham Yatra was by far the worst. The guide, Ramkrishna, was indifferent and inattentive. The accommodations were substandard, with promises of double-sharing rooms, yet they often crammed four people together. For over 10 days, the food was consistently Dal Kichdi, lacking variety or proper nutrition, especially protein, and was served at irregular hours, leading to health issues. The company enforced inconvenient rules like requiring luggage to be ready an hour before departure, leaving travelers with little rest. My mother, traveling with a friend, was left to fend for herself during the Kedarnath Yatra, as she had a different helicopter schedule. Post-Yatra, due to bad weather, they had to take a dolly back, and when faced with roadblocks near Gowrikunda, the group was abandoned, forcing them to find their own shelter in freezing conditions. The next morning, they were made to walk 7 km to the base hotel because of canceled transportation. It felt like we paid only for group transportation while having to manage everything else on our own, which defeats the purpose of having a guide. Despite charging premium prices, the service was poor. The guide, Ramkrishna, showed no initiative, leaving the group to figure out logistics on their own. To add to the discomfort, my mother was seated at the back of the bus for the entire journey, enduring a rough ride on hilly roads, while the staff ignored the need for seat rotations. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Mentioning about guidance, where did they even guide the group? Also never mentioned Chardham is at Himalayas with average quality stays! I have tons of friends who have been with different groups the audacity to justify wrong doings are epic! Again whatever no matter what explanation is provided, it won't add up to the customer service provided. I could debate whole day being a traveller and trekker myself. It would be wonderful if you could take this feedback and improve yourself than going harsh and defending yourself like a weakling!

Excellent service by Asian Tours and Travels. My mother has used this service in last two trips, Both trips Asian Tours and management has took very care. Especially for elders. I really want to Thank Ramkrishna Sir, We really like is humbleness and honestly. More importantly the care they used to for yatri people which is amazing. We have gone through multiple tourist agency for Yatra, but I never seen the Service what Asian Tours and Travels company provided. Once again hat's off to Ramkrishna sir
