Adventure Travels exceeded all my expectations! I recently took their 10-day guided tour through the Himachal Pradesh , and it was an unforgettable experience. The entire trip was meticulously planned, and every detail was taken care of, from the comfortable accommodations to the delicious meals provided. Had a good experience with them. Traveled Sikkim with their support and they were available all throughout our journey to answer any questions and manage expectations. Worth considering their service. Good job.

"Travellers planner" not "Travellers partner" I went to them because I didn't want to volunteer but to enjoy the trip with family, thinking they'll take care of the needs, we discussed initially but that didn't happened. I appreciate that they plan and customized the trip as I wanted it to be. They gave me hotels' options also to select from, which help me planning the trip efficiently. Sadly, things weren't executed as planned. They had two months in hand. I gave them full money in advance also when they asked, thinking it will help them execute the plan better. But I hardly saw any such thing. They booked the hotels and cabs from 3rd party. That's it. After that, they didn't even care to see whether cab, rooms and food are ready when we are checking in or not. It was me only who had to take all the responsibilities to check whether it's as per our need or not, or else have to run after them. Travellers Partner didn't even bothered to pick my phone on time when I struggled. One driver they give, was looking so uninterested to drive for sight seeing as per the itinerary that everytime I have to push. He was trying to change the itinerary as per his convenience also. I didn't raised any objection to agent but managed myself. Things went beyond when we had a flat tyre in middle of our journey to airport and driver didn't had any spare trye with himself. What was your check then ? Your driver is travelling 100s of kms in jungle route with us without any Stepney and your excuse was too lame. As I planned ahead to deal with such incidents, I started the journey few hours before which gave us extra time to deal with this situation and we successfully boarded our flight. Lunch preference was vegetarian but was prepared non-veg at one place which again showed the carelessness of the agent. There we managed with limited food. Overall, planning wise I was fine but execution wise it was disappointing. Far behind from its competitors. I feel it's not ready enough for big budget tour but I believe it can handle small tours efficiently, if they really want to. Please remember- "People trust you and spend hard earned money to enjoy some time with family once a year. Don't let them down." Good luck !!
