I am booking for Araria from Delhi but bus was delay from starting point . Red bus also make people fool . Plz not travel to this bus service and more thing frod bus ticket from starting point after that people pay extra money in the way to travel. There is very big scam there .plz ignor bus travel to in this type of service.

Worst service from delhi to Muzaffarpur , 1. They not stick to timing . 2. Very rude behaviour. Even they abuse customer . 3. Stop bus at very dirty hotel , even you will not find clean water to wash your hand . 4. They will stop the bus at Muzaffarpur bus stand , and ask customer to take local bus for Darbhanga and arariya . 5. For one person space they ask 2 people to sleep . Very uncomfortable seat .they removed the original seat and fixed the thin seat which is very uncomfortable. 6. Last moment they will tell that bus is cancelled , if you want to go then pay extra amount . 7. Curations are turned black from red ( so dirty) . It is smelling like rotten tomatoes egg. Worst Travel Experience Ever! I had a horrible experience with Om Travels. The bus AC was not working at all, and nobody was ready to listen to our complaints. The staff was extremely rude — they don’t even know how to speak properly with a female passenger. The seats were dirty, the cabin was broken, and the whole bus was in terrible condition. Even after paying full fare for an AC bus, they refused .When we asked about it, they started arguing and even threatened to drop us on the road! To make things worse, they charged extra money for luggage — almost double! Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and disgusting service. Never traveling with Om Travels again!

The service of Om Travels is very bad. Even after having a ticket from Delhi to Darbhanga, they dropped me 40 km before Darbhanga. The charging point in the bus was also broken, the same was the condition of the AC.
