Very bad service,they don't even know how to speak with the customer,after confirmation of booking they don't even intimate us abt timing,status and in buses there are no charging points,no lights in sleeping coaches.there is no value for customers,I suggest you to not choose these travels.thank you. bus no. 1077 seat no.u15 when i take seat i got an ac pipe those sort more single sleaper after i told them then he said what can we do for this?and many much and this is last bus ahemdabad to Jaisalmar i have no other option for this

Very poor service form ahemdabad to barmer .The more sheets there are in this bus, the more passengers are put in the bus, there is no space to keep feet in the gallery, and they overload the bus so much that the passengers sitting inside get troubled.

No option available for zero star as I want to give not a single star to this travel company.... journey dated 31-3-2025, they have charged fair of AC sleeper from ahmedabad to jaisalmer but during journey the bus operators has off the AC in between the journey. Worst travel..never travel with them
