Poor customer services

I would like to share my experience regarding the journey I booked on 07-11-2025 for myself and my wife. Unfortunately, the service provided was extremely disappointing and caused us a lot of inconvenience. The bus was delayed by 2 hours, and during this long waiting period, we were standing on the roadside in the cold winter weather. This was very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about our health and safety. Despite repeatedly trying to contact both the bus driver and the operator, none of them answered my phone calls, which made the situation even more stressful. I was also worried about the safety of my laptop, luggage, and personal belongings, as we were waiting in an open and unsafe area without any clear communication from your team. The lack of responsibility and proper coordination from the staff was highly unprofessional. Such delays and poor communication can cause passengers serious stress and inconvenience, especially when traveling with family. I request that you look into this matter seriously and provide appropriate compensation for the trouble caused to us. I hope the service will be improved in the future so that no other passenger faces such issues.
