Staff behaviour third class

I have travel Pali to Ahmedabad i have to take 500/ ticket sliper but 3 time my sliper cosh TRF very bad behever your staff bus very thard class sarvice

Worst bus. . Pls don't travel in this bus

Bus management not condition very well and not space walk properly so please Short out this condition

Trip: Jaipur to Mahesana (8–9 Feb 2026) Bus No.: NL01B1612 Being a frequent solo business traveler, I can tell this was one of the worst bus journeys I’ve experienced. - No Live tracking was available. - Bedsheets were dirty and heavily stained. - The bus was unpunctual. - Drinking water was not provided despite multiple requests; staff initially refused and only distributed it after several hours. - The staff’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional throughout the journey. - The suspension was extremely poor, and the bus shook excessively even on highways (you can't sleep). - Cabins were untidy and cramped, making the journey very uncomfortable (individuals with height more than 5'9" definitely gonna suffer). Solo travelers might manage (somehow), but I don't think families can bare this torture 🙏🏻
