I book a ticket from Gurgaon to Prayag Raj and My bus boarding time was 8:30 PM and I got a message at 11 that my bus has been cancelled. Rest you know.

If you want save your money and time please don't book this bus service. I booked this bus from Gurugram to Prayagraj it takes 20 hr time to reach the destination. Please don't go with reviews its totally fake. Fraud peoples fraud service. Zero start raiting service.

I booked a bus from Gurgaon to haldwani which was scheduled to depart at 3 AM. The bus got delayed, which was expected, but, the bus got delayed for more than half hour, and there is not formal communication or email from the company’s end. I called on the number provided over the website, and to my surprise, the person told me that please expect a delay of an hour also.Upon calling the driver, he mentioned that the bus is running late by 10-15 minutes, but the actual delay was something else. All the details mentioned at the ticket says that you should reach 15-20 minutes prior to the departure time Upon contacting a local vendor, at the boarding point, I came to know that its a general practice, and the bus usually gets delayed by an hour as well. You should inform the passengers in advance, since boarding the cabs at odd timings could raise safety concerns as well specially for female passengers.

Bus no. NL07B0585. Do not travel with this bus of Mahalaxmi travel. Takes more than 20 hrs. to reach prayagraj from gurgaon without any traffic divert, fog and any road closure. Max Speed of bus on highway doesn't exceed more than 40 km/hr Worst service. Not recommend ticket booking from this appan travels with Mahalaxmi bus.
