Like almost every year we travelled this vacation 2025 with Shineworld. Our tour to Assam and Meghalaya was superb with itinerary and properties suggested by Shineworld. All 4 of our hotels/resorts were excellent especially the Jiva resort at Cherrapunji (Sohra). Shradhdhaben's inputs were very nice, she is very helpful. Bharatbhai is like a friend, I can ask his advice about travelling anytime.

Worst services. Provided very poor quality vehicle which broke down almost at inception of tour but neither made any alternative arrangements nor refunded advance payment. Never recommend this operator.

We received good deal from Shineworld for our Kerala tour. Shradha especially was very accommodating and responsive at all times. The car and driver given to us were good and so were all the resorts chosen carefully. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to choose them again

Worst Travel Agency – Complete Failure and Zero Accountability. This is an extremely unprofessional and irresponsible travel agency that does not care about tourists at all. On the very first day of our Kutch trip, from Bhuj, the vehicle they provided broke down. Despite repeated follow-ups, the agency failed to arrange an alternative vehicle for over 18 hours, completely ruining our day and plans. Abandoned by the agency, we were forced to arrange another vehicle at our own expense just to continue the trip. Even after their total service failure, they had the audacity to refuse any refund. This agency lacks basic professionalism, customer support, and accountability. Such negligence is unacceptable in the travel industry. Avoid this agency at all costs unless you want your trip spoiled and your money wasted.
