Excellent service. Very friendly staffs. Me and my family always book through Travel services , especially with Mr. Syed. One can close their eyes and book tickets and plan your travel. Recently we booked ticket for christmas from Australia to Chennai. The flights were full. We were anxious but i knew Mr Syed will somehow get the ticket and thats what happened. Very efficient workers and trustworthy. One can always count on them for travelling .

Disappointed with the service degradation over the years. I have used their services often in the past and they were very good. Especially Poornima. This week I am travelling to Haridwar/Rishikesh with my family and I had requested Suresh to help with the bookings. First, the cost was on the higher side but I assumed I would get the best so did not bother much. However, only after we started the trip we realized that Suresh could have done his Homework better so we could have been spared a lot of inconveniences and frustrations. The worst part is that they have done bookings thru via.com which has the worst rating. I will not go thru Travel Services again. The entire money had to be paid upfront in full. If we made bookings online ourselves, we could have saved 50% of the money and we could have had better choices...

We approached travel services thro a friend for a trip to Kenya. They shared packages and we chose a 10 day package to Kenya and Tanzania. Travel services were quoting thro classic journeys, Nairobi. The game safaris and the hotels were good. But I will now mention why I have rates so low: 1) no one in travel services knew anything about the details of the trip. They said we would be briefed on arrival and we were not 2)when we chose the package , we should have been warned about long road travel over very bad non existent roads in hot weather with no aircon and lots and lots of dust. I don’t think Mr. Suresh or anyone else at Travel Services had even an iota of what the conditions there are. 3) we did not bargain on the prices but accepted what they quoted. So, in all fairness , they should have warned us anoht the road and travel conditions and we would have then kept the travel to Minimum by restricting the trip only to Kenya to the same no of days. They kept insisting that it is a “Luxury” trip and god alone knows what they meant . They did not share any info on the trip other than the printed brochure and the result is that the group which has people aged 64 and 68, is still recovering from the excesses of travel. Long and non existent bumpy roads often lasting more than 6 hours, full of dust and very hot in the day time. No aircon in the car and could not open windows, because of dust 4) they booked us by Kenya Airways. It was like adding fuel to fire . A really terrible airline with very uncomfortable seats. Again, we did not ask but they strongly suggested this. Travel services by being just a “ booking agent “ had taken the fun out of the entire trip. While they did help us with the visas , they could not answer any question on the trip itself. Which I think is unjust and not correct at all. Normally, in agencies , they undertake the trips themselves and are able to speak about it. In this case , while they handled the India side, they were blank about the package and facilities thereof. I recommend that they pull up their socks and send their people on the various trips to familiarize them with the actual conditions. We are now wiser but sore in different parts of the body 😊. Pls ensure and insist that you ask questions and receive answers before you embark on a trip with them. Full disclosure is not only essential but also a MUST.

We have used them to book tickets to USA. Mr. Syed is an extremely proactive person, and leaves no stone unturned to provide best options. He is also very approachable and can be reached any time even outside working hours. Travel services was also a life saver when we had to cancel tickets to USA a couple of years back due to Covid, and they worked diligently with Lufthansa to provide a full refund. Overall very satisfied with their services.
