Good service but doesn't have proper arrangement to wait and seat for passengers.. Just come at perfect time for bus and start your journey
I didn't like your travel service at all. I missed my train because it was delayed by 2 hours.
Very disappointed by service..😌.. This travels service was very poor buses are not properly clean and the staff of buses not corporative even though in sleeper the charger plug was also not working and when I told this issue staff then they also told what you need phone ( kam use krna chahiye tha na) and the phone had not been charged.
I did not like ur service bus was 2hrs delay I have missed my train
I’ve booked two tickets for an aircon sleeping bus and when it arrived (30 minutes late) it didn’t have. They told me the bus with aircon was broken. The bus wasn’t so clean and the stops weren’t in decent places to eat. One of the workers was nice and helped us on the stops to order food as no one spoke English.
