These guys are frauds. We had booked a AC vehicle(SML) for three days from Ghansoli(Navi Mumbai) to Igatpuri. The average Kms that we are charged are for 300/day. Hence we were paying Rs.25*900kms. On top of that they charge 1000/day for permit which is not needed for a 'MH' board vehicle travelling within Maharashtra But the real drama started ehen we were coming back and an hour away from Ghansoli. We decided we wanted to go to Nerul Balaji Mandir(hardly 20kms from Ghansoli). The driver had informed the office about our plan and the office guys called us and saud that we can't do that since we initially only booked for Ghansoli and Igatpuri return. Also it was wrong of us to take the vehicle to Nashik and Pnchvati which we did while we were in Igatpuri. According to him since we had onlymentioned Ghansoli and Igatpuri we can't use the vehicle to travel nearby for sight seeing and consider it as point to point although we don't use the 900kms quota. It was such a horrible experience at the end and this drama went on for hours. Rather go with MakeMyTrip bus hires or anyother online portal where you wouldn't have these hassle.

Hello, I'm Ashish Kumar , and I recently embarked on a two-day bus trip to Aurangabad with Malhar Tour And Travels Contact Person Mr. Sushant Benere. I can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was. Throughout the journey, the bus was comfortable and clean. The seats were spacious, and I appreciated the rest stops for meals and breaks. It made the long trip quite enjoyable. Driver Also Good And Experienced. Also Good Agency Owner Mr. Sushant Also Negotiable , Economic Bus Fare And Friendly Behave and On Time Service. I couldn't find any major issues during the trip; everything went smoothly. However, I do hope that Malhar Tour And Travels continues to maintain these high standards. In conclusion, my two-day bus trip to Aurangabad with Malhar Tour And Travels Bus was truly memorable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enriching travel experience. I can't wait to book my next adventure with them!

This travell agent service is pathetic and extremely low. Our tour planning was in Madhya Pradesh. On 1st day driver was came late around 2 hrs late. After that on Maharashtra border they don't have clear papers of bus N no hard copy. The bus capacity is 35 seaters but Wight capacity is low. We wested there 1 and half hours wasted there. After that they asking for Rs. 1000/- for extra load. Actual problem was started in MP, the bus was not working properly. Bus RPM not working, so many problems in bus. we wasted our whole night in bus for bus testing. After that we visit our place n the driver went for services center in morning n he came back in evening. It means whole day we spend in one place outside. Bus light was not working in bus. The driver nature is not good. He doesn't have any idea. In indore outsider bus is not allow, the driver and travel agent doesn't have any idea of that. The police fine Rs. 5000/- and the travel agent told we suppose to pay this bill. Travel agent not coordinating with customers. Even they not call to customer what's going on there n what we facing problems. Overall, I would not recommend this tour n travel business to anyone. Their negligence and lack of professionalism have resulted in a really bad experience for me our tour members.

I had a really terrible experience with this tour and travel business during my recent trip from 1st to 3rd April. To begin with, they promised us a better vehicle but changed it just one day before the trip, after we had already paid an advance payment. The rental vehicle they provided was in really poor condition, with a broken seat and interior issues that made for a very uncomfortable journey. On top of that, we faced numerous problems with toll and traffic police during our travel, which was a major inconvenience. It was clear that the tour and travel business had not done their due diligence properly and had not ensured that all necessary permits and documents were in place before the journey began. Overall, I would not recommend this tour and travel business to anyone. Their negligence and lack of professionalism have resulted in a really bad experience for me. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and improve their services in the future.
