I am go many time for bank work
They don’t know about the true problems and they don’t have manner to solve .. people who visit their are stupid or illeterate in bank’s manager view.
Worst service in bank. I have applied for checkbook and received a message of chekbook has been issued. But not got my checkbook. Bank person says it has not come yet. Now one year has been completed.
Worst bank , worst people working in it they don't respect the customer , I was standing in the que to deposit my money on 30th April 2020 the person in-charge thought of leaving his desk at 3:22 when the bank shuts at 4 on complaining no effect , then later when they actually understood how inefficient the staff is they said we will do it there system got hanged it's a disgrace on the govt to have such employees in the bank the manager too had no clue what's happening in the bank.
