Overall experience was good.. service and customer handeling is very proffesional.

Worst experience very bad behaviour of all the staff members they only know how to earn money but not to solve the problem of innocent customers, missing problem of my V15 bike not solved yet, all the technicians are not capable to know about missing problem of my V15 bike, parts are not available for this bike as the bike discontinued by the company. All are requested not to go arora bajaj for their irresponsible act

Nice place and easyly located good enough parking space but the servicing is low technisation is not to much knowladgeble.Management of PDI is much poor. Also if we talk of customer satisfaction, highly dissatisfied service is been provided.Overall satisfaction is average. Management is good but somewhere it lacks customer satisfaction.

Delightful experience...purchased 3 bikes on same day all process are smooth..owner himself include in our bike delivery and make the process fastly. No problem came and everything was fantastic. Extremely happy by the staff and showroom. Highly recommend.
