I visited the lab today for some testing and was quite disappointed with the overall condition and service. The ceiling is not properly maintained, and the washroom is in very bad condition with a strong unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was not working, and the overall cleanliness of the lab was very poor. Additionally, the reception staff spoke quite rudely, which gives a negative impression to patients and visitors. I also noticed the checklist displayed in the washroom area — it mentions 2024, but it seems no one is actually following it. Please look into these issues seriously and take steps to improve hygiene, maintenance, and staff behavior. A medical facility should maintain proper cleanliness and a welcoming environment for patients.
