Dont buy from here at all. Unprofessional people. Don’t believe their word what they say.

Highly unprofessional and disgusting staff and service. No value to the customer and respect to the patients.

Excellent experience, they generate computer generated bill that is something which is highly professional. All medicines available easily and if not they deliver the same at no extra cost.

The owner of the shop is the worst person.. They claim that there is 3 months warranty on oxy meter and when you give them the faulty device (though its powering on and showing correct reading, only when you press the clip to insert your finger, it turns off), they first tried to fix it themselves by inserting pen in it and once it was broken completely (not even powering on), they declined giving an alternate oxy meter for the meantime and leave the patient hanging in mid air. I asked him to return the oxy meter in the same condition as I gave to them, however he said it will take a week for it to get repaired. Also when asked for a receipt for sending the faulty oxy meter for repair, the declined saying they dont give such things in writing. Such a pathetic service provided by them and they talk about trusting them on their words.. Wont recommend it to anyone ever. The owner is Vishnu Kumar. And he sells these things in over priced rates.

Very unprofessional staff, and the owner is unreachable for complaints. This is not how a business should operate, allowing unqualified staff to take charge. I had the worst experience with them today.
