I visited Nagpal Optical Co. in NIT-1 Faridabad for eye check-up and spectacles inquiry. My experience at the optical shop was very disappointing. Instead of explaining lens details properly, the staff behaved rudely and demanded consultation charges without proper explanation. When I asked questions, the behavior became abusive and I was pushed out of the shop in front of my family. This incident caused humiliation and mental stress. I hope the associated professionals ensure better customer behavior and proper service standards. I noticed that the name of Dr. P. K. Vohra is displayed in association with Nagpal Optical, NIT-1 Faridabad. Because of this association, the incident that happened with me at the optical shop may also affect the reputation of the doctor. I request that this matter be looked into, as the behavior of the shop staff towards customers was extremely rude and humiliating. Such conduct can negatively impact the credibility of professionals whose names are displayed with the establishment.
