This lab maintains hygiene and their service is excellent. The team is disciplined and coordinates well with the patients.

Pathetic experience. Impolite staff. Delayed reports even after so many follow ups. Feels like govt lab. If you see other reviews, seems like only one family’s members are posting good reviews and other reviews are by the lab itself. Joke !

Nice laboratory at 4-5 Chowk Faridabad Haryana. This lab is just adjoining to bhavishya medical store and 4 number government employees residential complex. Service is good and quick there . Overall nice experience to visit this place.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY, They are indeed money-minded, according to the reviews I've read.Recently, my beloved dog and I went to their hospital since she was having breathing problems.Following an examination, he took a chest X-ray and also collected blood sample, but they charged me twice for chest X-ray without informing me. Also give me a blood test result that is wildly inflated and abnormal. They set up a conversation with the lab technician, who informed me that the maximum range is 120 and the output result value is 7000. So I asked to them either collect her blood sample from home or give me refund so I could redo the test in a lab close to my residence.But they flatly declined. How someone could believe such hospital who give false reports and take double charges.

Dr. Shivanu Goel stood out with his positive attitude, patiently explaining procedures and addressing my concerns with clarity which made the experience stress-free. The lab maintained impeccable hygiene which showed the team’s dedication to quality care. I highly recommend this lab for reliable diagnostic services.
