Poor construction quality and very bad after sales service 😔
After sale service is worst. They won't even pick up your call. Don't purchase any house or flat from this builder. Construction quality is poor.
Such a pathetic after sale behaviour from the Verma Properties owners. Their main aim is to sell their property without any quality in their construction. Once sold they won't even pick your call. Within 6 months of construction the walls are cracked (big cracks are appearing from top to the bottom). Paint is getting out of the walls. We tried to call them multiple times, they are not picking up the call neither calling back. The roof is never finished and its like they have just poured a layer of cement on it which is completely shattered out now. I have added few photos from inside the house which we purchased from verma Properties. These are few samples only.
