Staff was cooperative and explained the things very well.

I recently visited the LIC office in NIT Faridabad for my IC38 LIC exam, and overall, it was a very good experience. The office is located on the first floor of the building. Like most LIC offices, it had a standard setup but was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with no unnecessary rush or crowd, which created a comfortable environment. Due to some confusion about the exam center, I mistakenly went to a different center and ended up being 10–15 minutes late. When I finally reached the correct location and explained the situation to the invigilator, he was extremely supportive and understanding. Despite my delay, he allowed me to take the exam without any issues, which I really appreciate. The exam process was smooth and well-managed, and the calm environment helped me stay focused. Overall, I had a great experience at this LIC office. Special thanks to the staff for their support and professionalism.

"Unacceptable deduction! Despite having sufficient balance in my account, LIC deducted Rs. 500 + GST as RTN charges for a failed ECS transaction. This is ridiculous and frustrating. I demand a refund and request you to look into this matter urgently. The deduction was unfair, and I expect a prompt resolution. I received a message about insufficient balance, but my bank account had sufficient funds. Went there for my surrender form , although my parent branch was different but i still got a nice service from the staff. Staff was nice and helpful and polite , it was not really crowded Ama staff was plenty much there. Well recommend it for getting your work done there like renewal of policy and similar tasks. A staff named poonam was nice and helpful.
