very very pathetic service from onsitego, i had buy Blue AC from Hari Om store and he have me five ac Services warrant when i had bought the AC. i am looking service 25th march and registered complaints to Hariom store and onsitego but no action till date. Hariom store escape hands the services and stop picking the calls for services. when he sold the product then told me we have chain stores and helping on services but nothing happened 25th march 24 to 27th april 24. i had started contract direclty with onsitego team and getting same response. i am getting everything excluding ac service. hariom store and onsitego are doing fraud with customers for selling product name of services but not giving service. don't buy the product from both companies
