To issue Life Certificate to a pensioner is purely a responsibility & liability of a perticular bank & this is part of their duties. Last year I face lot of problems to get Life Certificate from Infocity branch Gandhinagar & my 4 months pension was blocked due to non providing of Life certificate by the concern branch stated above with a common reason " system updation is going on & we were unable to issue Certificate". During this 4 months period all other banking services are going on without system updation, like any kind of credit card , loan , account openings etc. 😀 After 4 months I was asked by Ms. Trupti Chavda sitting on the right corner after entering bank of above branch that you get this Life Certificate from post & I was forced to get it from post & then my pension starts in July 2024 ( which was stopped in March 2024). This year also same problem arise . A week before & today on 04.03.25 , I visited Infocity branch Gandhinagar for getting again Life certificate for year 2025-26 & the answer remains same " system updation work is going on" . What a rubbish bank!. The staff don't care to help Senior citizens like me for solving my problem. Why they are in branch? To issue only car loan , House loan , credit cards? Who is responsible for this? When the concern behaves like a responsible person?

i dont believe on other reviews,my persinal opinion i share here, dekho mere hisab se bank is to good,also service and staff behave is also good,mere to sare kam jald se jald ho jate hai,so i'll give is 5 star

If I can give 10 star I would, I had such an amazing experience with them with an account i was having an issue , they resolved my issue in time and the staff was very cooperative and respectful, Palak Bhavsar was the main point of contact and her information and calm manner got me through the issue I had and give me the results not only me but anyone would expact when they go to a bank with a problem. Thanks HDFC team and looking forward to this amazing experience forever.

Worst service. Very disappointing experience. I visited this bank expecting professional and timely service, but the experience was extremely poor. The staff did not seem to care that customers were waiting for responses. There was a long delay with no clear communication, and no one took responsibility to assist properly. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional. Customers’ time should be valued, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. This level of service is unacceptable for a bank.
