Worst experience ever! I bought a 43-inch Full HD Samsung TV (2018 model) from this showroom in October, expecting quality from a so-called 'trusted brand'. But guess what? It’s already dead — not even completed 10 years! What a shame! This is completely unacceptable from both Samsung and this showroom. Either they’re selling *poor-quality, defective units*, or just dumping *trash products* under the name of big brands. My TV was barely used — minimal usage — and still such a major issue? *Do NOT trust Chandan Electronics* or these overrated brands blindly. If a premium product can't even last a few years, what's the point of paying extra for it? I regret every rupee spent here. If you're thinking of buying from here, THINK AGAIN. Total waste of money, zero accountability, and absolutely pathetic product life.
