Good location for a peaceful residence and the development is good. The road outside needs to be better maintained and the residents need to support efforts for a clean vicinity. The litter outside the society is a sore feature of this good development.

Good location but Society very worst maintained. Construction is very poor, No allotted parking and vehicles are not even systematically parked in parking and damage also possible in your two wheeler by people here and you cant even see in camera although there are cameras everywhere. Bad odour of latrins in kitchen also. You cant even sleep at night because children are playing upto 12 and outside society children also coming here for playing. And when u complain guard, they answer u very roughly that they will come even if u r owner. Security guard behaviour is very rough on main gate and they dont allow outside vehicle in emergency also for owner except who are of their wish list n who pay price for it. Please dont buy in this Apartment.

Worst ever construction, I have not seen this much worst construction in my entire 37 yrs, it's a blunder, it doesn't allow for negative markings or else I would have given max negative reviews. No proper planning between the wings and even the construction deteriorates to an extent where you would need some sort of other planetary element to repair with. Cement, Sand, Bricks, RCC won't work.

I lived here for more than 3 years. It is a low-rise apartment complex with different types of flats, and each block has a different design. The worst part is that there is almost no foyer near the houses, which causes a lot of inconvenience. The building quality is average. Many houses have termite problems. There are many blocks, so the common area is fully used, leaving little or no space for people to walk. The residents are mixed—you will find people of all types and castes here. The good part is the location, as it is close to ONGC Circle. It also has Torrent Power, which is a positive point. Two gardens are within walking distance. Overall, it is an average place. Choose it if you want a good location, nearby gardens, and uninterrupted electricity. Avoid it if you want a big foyer, cleanliness, modern lifts, fewer blocks, and more peace.
