The experience was amazing from start to finish. The nail artist understood my reference perfectly and customized the design to suit my hands. The shaping, cuticle work, and polish application were flawless. Super hygienic setup and long-lasting results. Totally worth it!

Very disappointing experience. I showed a clear reference for cat eye nails, but the final result did not match at all. There was no interest in giving suggestions or ensuring customer satisfaction. Despite requesting multiple times, pictures were never sent. It clearly felt like good service is reserved only for regular customers. Would not recommend unless you are extremely specific.
