The person responsible for changing the phone number on the Aadhaar card was so slow. A task that should take 10 minutes, he took a whole hour for. He kept wasting time on his own phone instead of focusing on the work, leaving the person standing there. And if you said anything, his only excuse was that the server was down. There’s no sense of hygiene either; there are no wipes for the fingerprint machine. Really bad experience here. Then I went to the Taluka office in Mansa. That guy really cared about his job and did his work exceptionally well, completing it in just five minutes. Appreciate that guy
