Most weird and unprofessional branch of hdfc bank is rajendra nagar sahibabad branch.. Illiterate staff who is ready to fight and argue even with their preferred customers. Extremely bad experience almost 5 to 6 times. Saturdays the staff is in vacation mode and don't want to work and then always say we are on leave we will process your request please wait. Don't ever go to this branch.
Good service for finance
It’s totally worst bank, please all be careful Wn ever doing money transition, keep a track on your balance, for 1 year fd auto renewal was done for 15 month.. I went to withdraw my amount, they said auto renew is done … it’s for 15 month now….so they made it pre mature n deducted money from the principal amount!
Poor customer service. Needs to properly guide/ educate customers regarding banking options/ facilities without wasting customers time.
