Very pathetic service of this show room. It's a month over I purchased hero Xtreme 125 from this showroom. I paid 300 rupees for good life service still they donot give me it's card. Daily I'm calling to them but no response from there side.

I recently visited a Hero MotoCorp agency called Aman Automotive l, but my experience was highly disappointing. I spent over two hours there, and not a single staff member could handle my queries properly. The sales team and finance agents seemed more focused on misleading customers than providing genuine assistance. They take advantage of people’s lack of knowledge and hide important information and offers. I strongly advise others not to visit this showroom, as the dealer appears unreliable and lacks transparency.

Very bad experience with Aman Automotives, they are cheating and looting the people. Please don't purchase any product from this dealer. All staff are misbehaving and don't speak politely with customers. I have ordered a scooty from Flipkart and selected this showroom. I have got great discount on Flipkart, they taken the money and not delivered product in 2 month and now they canceled the order. Even they don't inform to customers. Also, Flipkart giving him full support. Please don't go with Aman Automotives and Flipkart.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory experience I had during my bike’s first free service at your authorized service center. Despite this being a complimentary service, I was charged labor fees for harness wire work, which should have been completed at the time of delivery of the new bike. Additionally, I was billed for battery assembly, which I believe should be included as part of the service package. These charges appear unjustified and make servicing at authorized dealers feel unnecessarily expensive. Furthermore, I reported multiple times (four occasions) that the seat of my bike is loose and making noise. Unfortunately, even after repeated requests, no resolution has been provided, leaving me highly dissatisfied with the service quality. I kindly request Hero MotoCorp to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I expect accountability and corrective action to ensure that customers like me do not face such issues in the future.
