Excellent service! The workshop owner and mechanic are highly professional, honest, and skilled. My car was diagnosed accurately and repaired on time. Very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Highly recommended!

Pathetic experience. I got my Renault Duster’s shock absorbers replaced and also reported an ABS sensor issue. Neither job was completed satisfactorily. Within a few months, the shockers started making a rubbing/scratching noise. When I had the car inspected at another workshop, I was informed that the shockers were not fitted correctly and a component may now need replacement again. Regarding the ABS issue, the sensor was replaced once, but the problem reappeared within a week. The car was taken back and kept for a couple of days, yet the issue remained unresolved. I was promised a refund for the ABS work, but there has been no response for over a month. Post-service support is extremely poor. Calls are no longer answered, and messages on WhatsApp are read but ignored. Overall, highly unprofessional service and absolutely unacceptable after-sales support.
