I recently got my Maruti WagonR serviced for its periodic maintenance along with a front brake pad replacement at this service center. The overall service experience was satisfactory. The staff and employees were polite and cooperative, and the vehicle was delivered the same day. However, the total cost for the service came to around ₹8,500, which I feel is slightly on the higher side for a WagonR. The labour charges, especially for throttle body cleaning (₹950), seemed a bit excessive — this could reasonably have been included or reduced. I believe the total service cost should have been closer to ₹7,000. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service quality and behavior of the staff, but there is scope for improvement in terms of pricing transparency and labour cost optimization.
