This is a good Mahindra Service Station in Neharpar Area.

Very bad experience of service. Overcharge the amount on spares used during service. They are charging more than MRP on the spares box. Also labour charge is extra. Just check images for the price mentioned on the box and in the bill provided to me.

Beware of Mahindra Authorised Workshop – Haryana Automobiles, Sector 81, Faridabad Extremely disappointed with the service experience. I gave my vehicle for the 60,000 km PMS along with some additional complaints. Unfortunately, the entire team — including the owner, Mr. Gupta — seemed completely indifferent to customer concerns. Their only focus was on completing the PMS, with no regard for customer time or satisfaction. None of my issues were resolved. Worse, they didn’t even have basic parts like the AC filter in stock, which shows a serious lack of preparedness and professionalism. My time, money, and energy were completely wasted. I know this review alone may not make a difference, but this is just the beginning. I will be escalating the matter to Mahindra to question how such an incompetent workshop was even authorised to operate under their name.

My experience with this service station has been extremely disappointing. The staff is severely understaffed and lacks the necessary expertise to handle even basic maintenance tasks. During my visit, it was evident that they had little to no knowledge about vehicle repairs, leading to a frustratingly long wait time for service that was poorly executed. Their work ethic is alarmingly low; they seemed disinterested and inattentive to the needs of their customers. I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and seek out a more competent service provider that values both quality work and customer satisfaction.

Not recommended Do not have competency to do repairs and adjustments, only good for changing oil & filters. After past three services, I have to send the my vehicle back as there was some or the other problem. Highly recommend not to get any repair job done, especially wheel alignment and balancing service. It’s being done using a string and they will charge more than the market rates. If you complaint, their only defence is to blame the customer. Rather a road side mechanic shows more responsibility of the job done by him.
