Very bad no sense of talking with customer I paid for insurance ICICI Rs 5810 for Super splender as per their estimated cost of bike Rs 76300/- including Registration, insurance but I received message from ICICI insurance only Rs 4927 on date at 18:27 hrs , about 16:30 hrs I also visit santosh Hero automobile Muradnagar they given insurance paper with total amount of Rs about Rs 4916 I complaint for the same then they changed and make another insurance receipt of Rs 5812/- plz look into the matter

Service center service is very poor always focus on customer increase bill Not. A proper solution of problem always very disappoint from this service center
Staff is so un professional and no communication skills and not enough knowledge about the bikes and offers only the manager is decent and but in that showroom lack of knowledge about services.
