I failed to understand why the charges are so high. One of your service managers informed us that we must replace the part, otherwise the warranty would lapse — even though the part was still in good condition. This gives the impression that the focus is more on selling products rather than providing genuine customer care. Although the service quality was good, the overall cost was much higher than expected. My feedback to the senior management is to kindly review what is happening at your service center, as it seems the priority is on earning more from customers rather than addressing their actual problems.
