I recently visited This Bosch Service Center (Shree Balaji Motors) for some issues in my car(VW POLO), and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The service advisor Mr. Imitiaaz took the time to thoroughly explain the recommended repairs, ensuring I understood the process and the associated costs. This transparency immediately set a positive tone for my experience. My vehicle serviced timely, and the quality of work was excellent. Throughout the repair, I received regular updates on the status of my car, and any additional issues were promptly communicated. One aspect that truly stood out was the fair and transparent pricing. There were no surprises when it came time to settle the bill - Thanks for that part, Mr. Ashish! I highly recommend this service center for anyone in need of reliable and professional car service and repairs.

Very poor experience: I went for service of my car,seems in the name of service they only do oil change and washing. No lubrication felt no ride quality improvement. After few days I felt issue in car, upon checking with another garage i got to know they didn't change part (Mounting) for which they charged. On complaining they didn't accept their fault which was expected. Finally I do not recommend this service garage. In response to comment: Sir only a machanic can check weather the part was replaced or not, It was check only on next service that the part was not replaced. Still you have no courtecy to accept or initiate to check even. While you claim to use original part, original part can not be torn in that much period. Atleast you must have courtecy to agree and offer atleast labour charges as compensation as a goodwill gesture to replace another part. But you don't. If could have done service properly then why customer moved to another center next time because I was knowing that you will not accept your difficiency in service. Will not recommend in future. Coupon booklets are just a scam offered by such service garagaes.

Reposting the review as business owner wants to clean their image by replying illogical comments. Worst experience – completely unprofessional and misleading I had an absolutely terrible experience with Shree Balaji Motors. I bought a ₹1000 voucher during a society camp, and even using that voucher once felt like a favor I was begging for. Every follow-up came with excuses—either no washing boy or their machine conveniently “not working.” When I finally went in for rubbing, the service was shockingly bad. The car wasn’t even washed properly with shampoo—just splashed with water. No scrubbing or sandpaper work was done to remove scratches. They directly started buffing with rubbing compound, showing complete lack of knowledge and care. After finishing just the bonnet and one door, their machine stopped working, and they continued the job by hand. For a workshop that claims professionalism, this was laughable. The washing quality was even worse. Even after they said the wash was complete, the car looked as if it had never been washed. I had to stand there for almost 30 minutes repeatedly instructing the washer on what still needed cleaning. And after all this, no polish was applied at all. This place clearly does not live up to the Bosch brand name they are associated with. The service quality is nowhere close to Bosch standards, which makes me seriously doubt the authenticity of their branding. Looking at the actual service experience, their positive reviews appear fake or heavily misleading. Overall, it was a sheer waste of time, money, and mental peace. I strongly advise people not to fall for vouchers, camps, or fake reviews. There are far better and more honest service centers available

I am very disappointed with the service at Bosch Car service - Shree Balaji Motors. I bought 1200 rs voucher from them in which I had 3 free wash and 3 times car alignment and wheel balancing. I get 1 car wash and 1 wheel balancing and alignment(Which didn’t worked even for 1-2 months) and when i went for 2nd time then they said we can’t do alignment for your car as it’s an suv. Sometimes steering can go out due to that. Better get it done from authorised car company service center. After hearing such statement I understood that they Simply don’t wanted give services which they committed for. When I requested then they said from their side that Please visit next time and We will extend your voucher expiry time. Now when I visited then they are saying you have already availed enough services of 1200 i.e. 1 car wash and wheel balancing and alignment. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and transparent service.

I had given my car for servicing and steering work. None of the photos of servicing were provided to me for the servicing done and they messed up with the steering, they were not able to fix the problem and steering sensor stopped working. They were ready to accept their fault instead said that sensor was faulty and it started showing fault when they opened steering to fix steering issue it was truely pathetic. I had to take my car to maruti service workshop to get it fixed which costed me 42,000. Instead of taking the ownership of the damage caused, they are even not returning the repair cost which they charged. This was my first experience here and was a horrible one. I had taken membership of this as well but there was no loyalty from the service centre. I do not recommend this service centre to anyone and I communicated this to my society as well so that they are also not being fooled like I was. I would request the owner of the service centre yo take strict action against these frauds.
