The overall experience at Sashmick Bakery was quite disappointing. The shop was in a neglected and poorly maintained state. We tried a few pastries which were average in taste at best. When we enquired about customized cakes, the staff seemed completely clueless and were unable to provide any pricing or details. Instead, they kept insisting we contact a particular number for all queries. This lack of basic customer service was frustrating. Based on our visit, I would not recommend this bakery to others.

I ordered a pineapple cake for someone through zomato app. After placing the order i called the restaurant 10 times but they did not answer. I requested the delivery person to connect with them when he reaches. I requested them to pack the cake nicely and properly. But still it was received in a horrible condition. It was so embarrassing plus they are so unprofessional. Highly disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I had ordered a cake for my birthday, and to my absolute shock, the cake was delivered with fungus on it. This is completely unacceptable, not only for the money I spent but also for the health risk it posed to me and my family. Birthdays are supposed to be special, but this place managed to ruin mine with their careless and unhygienic service. Clearly, they have no quality control or concern for customer safety. I will never be ordering from here again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with food for any occasion.

Ordered pineapple cake .. they sent old cake at home .. fungus all over the cake also fly was there inside .. They don't care about their reputation. They like to play with customers health and emotions just for the sake of money .. highly disappointed from Sashmick ..

It used to be a good place especially for the variety of cheese cakes . Last time when we visited, we got HAIR STRAND in blueberry cheese cakes slice.yesterday after waiting for more than half an hour we got our items billed and out of 6, 2 slices we had the eat there meanwhile they do our packing. We asked for our cake slices that we had to eat, Initially the billing machine was not working and the staff was busy laughing and chitchatting. Finally made the bill after half and hour telling us that cant u see, we are busy???😏😏😏. I m not going to visit or recommend this place ever as i found another hair strand in carrot cheesecake slice, attaching the pic.. guys, the staff if so full of attitude besides their HAIRY cheesecake 🤣🤣🤣
