I worked there 2 month, I resigned, completed all the formalities on 1st of November 2025, but I haven't received my salary yet 😭😭😭, I'm visiting office again and again but they are giving excuses only, I'm 3 month pregnant, what they want I don't know, I'm trying to connect on company's number they blocked my number, nobody is responding 😭, Mr Sachin promised me that he will release salary in February but date is gone, I mailed twice but no response, HR babita not responding all are lier, they don't have any answer, what the hell they are doing there. Company is shiiittttttttttttt.

I was visit here for interview, I'm selected here in Swiggy process they offer ₹14k in hand, i told to HR Ma'am I'm not comfortable with this salary please increase upto 15k.. she was deny with smilling face by looking my face!

I joined Digitech as a Part-Time Chat Support Executive for Swiggy because the part-time payout was higher than full-time, as clearly promised during onboarding. As per the payout structure shared, I was supposed to receive 5125, but I received only 4333 - without any explanation or salary breakup. This is not just my issue. There are around 187 agents in our working group, and most of them have not received their full payment. Even the OT (overtime) amount has not been paid. We are trying to contact the trainer and HR, but: • No response in the group • No reply to personal messages This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We are not asking for favors. We are asking for the money we earned. I demand: 1) Proper salary breakup 2) Clear reason for deductions 3) Immediate release of the pending amount IF someone is joining this company I request you not to join this because after joining they will not give your salary

Very worst company, please do not waste your time here, 1. They do not follow new labour code for salary payout, as per govt, companies needs to pay by 7th of every month but they pay around 15th or beyond. 2. They change roaster daily, so you do not get time breath, and it's just brain sucking as they do not follow same roaster for single week. 3. For just a leave due to fewer or cold, they asked for medical 🤣🤣, as if you are suffering from major peoblems. 4. In office they want you to stuck with the chair for 10hrs, if you go for toilet and all, you have to take permission just like you are in school. 5. TL and seniors behaviour is very bad as if you borrowed some money from them and never returned. 6. You do anything but at the end, QA the quality analyat will terminate you at any point of time. No job security here, 7. They just pay ₹100 a day for 15 days trainig which will come along with your salary after 15th of every month. 8. The company do not have money to PAY a Rent. so, how can they pay your salary 9. Before training they do not provide any professional offer letter, they just provide photocopy of LOI, this is there professionalism. 😅 Please AVOID THIS WORST company. And Leave of you already joined.
