If you are ready to waste 6 months of your time to get work done then associate yourself with this company. I’ll list down the negatives and positives for a genuine review. Negatives: 1. They will try to blame delays on different people within the organization itself keep you wondering whom to contact to get the work done, ultimately you have paid money but are still waiting on services. 2. Some one will call you stating he/she is their senior and will help, but nothing will move. Estimation given is 45 days for end to end completion, they will ask most of the money upfront and keep you hanging for a 5-6 months period. Without an end date. 3. Even small service requests will take weeks of follow-ups. The seniors will show as if they are busy in some serious meetings and will ignore you as a consumer. 4. Internal working delays are even worse than a government department. Even government officials got their part of the work done at record pace. Positive 1. Once the actual workers come on board after multiple heart breaking phone calls they do the work very professionally. 2. A few team members are very responsive but they don’t have authority to get the end to end work done.

Bhaisahab, I am also getting solar panels installed by these people. There is no responsible person in their team. Everyone just talks. I have to request them 100 times to get a single work done. Riddhi Ji, Asha Ji, Vivek Ji and I don't know how many more people you will have to deal with. Just finish my work somehow. They take 90% of the money and then keep following them. The lower staff wants to work but the higher staff is useless.

Worst Experience. DON'T GET SOLAR PANELS Installed from this company! No responsible person. They just take money and never do your work. All senior and office staff just fool you.

Pathetic service & response I am trying to reach them no one is responding as I installed solar panel system by them for last six months I am struggling & waiting for final solution they are not able to finalise to properly working this solar energy now I have no choice other than complaining to the authorities to protect my consumer rights
